People recognize and group all these Pokemon together, and they all appear frequently in even public material created for public platforms like YouTube. I've mentioned how they frequently appear in the videos of the two most know Pokephilia creators, Sum and Drunk Oak.
To even drive this point home here's data of the NSFW growth of a select few Pokemon, mosty based off PokeSmash but I added a few more, for six months. Notice how high up the eeveelutions are up there. Remember how I've said Vaporeon is much more sexualized than both Hatterene and Tsareena combined? Their NSFW for six months is only 204 pictures, Vaporeon's 1059 new pictures in the span of six months.
You cannot divorce the eeveelutions, and quadrupeds, from the concept of Pokephilia. In the popular imagination they're just as much part of it as the more popular Pokemon.
