I'm fond of Primarina, but he's drawn in a shockingly bad style. Compare him to the Dewgong or Walrein families. For example, the lack of definition in the fins really bothers me. The whole thing looks flat and incredibly simplistic.
I feel like the designers of these Pokemon didn't quite understand the series artstyle.
