3. Traveling? I'd prefer if it were a spinoff that it not use the main story elements of what would presumably already be airing simultaneously. Perhaps a more relaxed, slice-of-life approach to the story, exploring the science, industry and cultural aspects of the pokemon universe. For example, what the hell is infinity energy? How were certain synthetic pokemon engineered? How does Mossdeep Space Center have wormhole generators, what kind of expeditions into space and other dimensions have taken place? There's so much from the perspective of a young trainer focusing on battles, I'd like to see something else.
