First off all, the typing is not only one of the weakest type combinations possible, it's also one of the most common type combinations. Vespiquen should have been bug/psychic. I don't care that that's also poor defensively, at least it's unique.
It's slow, has decent defensive stats, but can't put it to use thanks to a terrible defensive typing, and has two lame abilities. This thing needed to be completely redone.
