As you can see there is space for three more move slots, like the normal moveset (with out a trainer move, unless they make MAX trainer moves too)
Leon is probably just the beginning and is vanilla as fuck (only charging move gauge) and later ones will probably set up fields, wipe enemy buffs, etc etc
I just hope enemies get max moves later, perfect way to buff BV and CS
