I remember trying to catch both Minun and Plusle on my copy of Pokemon Sapphire- with a 2% encounter rate for Minun and a 15% encounter rate for Plusle. The problem is, I was absolutely convinced that if I encountered a Plusle, it'd be extremely hard to find a Minun, and vice versa, or something along those lines- which amounted to hours upon hours of resetting the game over and over and over.

I also remember having a bit of difficulty on Winona in that run.
