>>40544529The culling makes sense in regards to megas, z-moves, and bullshit like that. If it's a generation-specific battle gimmick, then there's little reason to keep it, eventually it will make development literal hell, with having to put every mega stone and z-stone somehwere, cluttering the game in process with irrelevant shit, not to mention it becomes progressively harder to keep the semblance of balance with each new gimmick.
I don't really care if there isn't natdex as I don't play competitively, but having everyone to be transferable (sans the gimmicks) would have been nice.
