>>47048885I introduce myself as a member of some phony company (one of the many shells Rocket uses to launder funds), keenly spot the pokeball belt on her waist, and maybe her badges too. Wow, so she's a trainer!!!! We're in need of security, I tell her, and it'd help a lot if she could play bodyguard for a bit. Boring grunt work, nothing exciting, but there'd be pros who could teach her a thing or two, maybe diversify her training. It'd help pay for the store, too.
Confident in her strength, racked by the guilt, and maybe a little curious about the gig, of course she takes it.
We get her with a group of guys who know how to behave themselves, display some camraderie, be good role models, teach her some things. Then time passes and we drop her into one of our hotter zones (Fuchsia or Saffron, maybe). It doesn't matter if we have to stage it, but she brilliantly defends what she later finds out is a shipment of drugs.
I meet with her, lay down pictures and video of her involvement with us, guarding all manner of illegal wares. I explain that our company dabbles in the darker side of the law, yes, but we really needed the help, and she really was excellent. I offer her an out, she pays off her debt and we let her go, delete all the evidence, and everything goes back to normal. Good deal, right?
She reluctantly takes it, and we've got her.
