People love Charizard, and Charizard isn't getting cut.
However, Charizard is a fundamentally bad character, because of the design philosophy behind the three. They have exaggerated weaknesses, because they are intended to cover each-other.
Charizard was never supposed to have to fight by itself in all circumstances. That's why it has so many Mega Man v Dedede tier matchups.
I mean, it's not like it's impossible, but I think it is very, very unlikely.
