>>35454008>It's your job in this thread to convince me I'm wrong.I really can't, OP, you do you. Sandshrew is indeed cute and is bulky enough to take tackles and scratches like a champ. Poison sting is broken within your skill level bracket, so you'll have no trouble picking on toddlers without a weedle or a venonat and take their money to climb on the world's ladder. You might even evolve it some day, who knows.

>Which means you're nothing special. You get no starter Pokémon. No authorities in the Pokémon research or battle community are interested in you. The main character already saved the day. All the legendaries are either slumbering or captured, and you're not gonna be the one to change that. In fact, since you have NO real-Pokémon-world experience, all you can do is battle on the level of a fucking preschooler. And how is any of this a bad thing, exactly? Do you really think if I EVER got teleported into the pokemon world I'd like to save the day from retarded terrorists or be part of an adventure? We're talking about an utopia of peaceful people that will likely give me a job and a place to rest on the nearest town I come across, I can build up from there and simply enjoy the rest of my life in peace.
As for me, I choose pic related.
