They have different personalities, motivations, and outlooks for Team Plasma, but you don't really get to see any of them much for most of BW, until the post-game. And a lot of them don't come back for BW2 either.
I feel like given Plasma's "technically not a criminal organization" for most of BW, having more encounters with them should have been the status quo to see a little more of why each joined up with Ghetsis/N/Team Plasma.
