This is why I love SV, it establishes and hints at tons of lore and mysteries and then actually builds up on them. First time I felt like they are actually going somewhere with the story in forever instead of just teasing you with cool stuff and then just disappointing you with a lame solution and/or a blatantly unfinished finale.

In the DLC, yes. And while I would prefer if the base game did it, I'd rather have it happen in the DLC than never. Also I still prefer DLCs to third versions because

Literally at the very start of the DLC where Briar names Terapagos and shows us the uncensored version of the Scarlet/Violet Book, which was one of the most important mysteries the game set up. Are you retarded or something? You didn't even play the game, did you?

He was designed as an insult, a "bad" immortal character with wool-colored hair who resurrected a loved one, and whose name is literally the English counterpart to "Alpha and Omega."

This was around the time Western money got involved, I suppose- Japanese don't hate Jesus. Or know enough about Him to utilize a relatively obscure title of His from Revelation 22. (It was around the time they used the name in the remake titles of Ruby and Sapphire, so they absolutely knew.)
