Zoroark does have vulpine features on its body, but due to its humanoid form and ability to spin illusions on top of its inherent elemental powers as a pokémon has no need of anal scent glands to mark its territory, it can do so in better ways. But then again, I remember they specifically showed a Zoroark hiding its home with an illusion in BW.
