Quagsire seems to actually hold his own surprisingly well, with Stockpile to buff his defenses and he takes neutral from all of Metagrosses main attacking moves (the punches, fighting, ground and his stabs). I've given him a sitrus berry and it allows him enough instant recovery to make a huge comeback.
