I would make it an Electric/Fighting type, make its speed 105-110, give it Iron Fist, or maybe Sheer Force or something and we have my ideal Electivire. The main thing I want is the electric/fighting thing though. Changing its hidden ability to something that isn't vital spirit would be nice as well
