'For a while' being 'since we've learned the title of last ep of Kalos League is Ash's Ultimate Match' and people started hyping it up and telling everyone Ash will win the league. This brought in a bunch of newfags who just hopped on the bandwagon in time for the semis.
I'm disappointed about Ash losing (even though I saw it coming) but I'm pretty fucking glad those shitters fucked off now that the League is over.
