It ridiculous that his counterpart (Cresselia) is regular, but Darkrai was made Event only. It has ALRIGHT stats, and is only really OP because of its Dark Void signature move.
That being said, it's awesome regardless. Great design, fantastic introductory movie, and as edgy as it sounds, I rather like the grimness of it. It's the only Pokémon that explicitly kills somebody in-game (unless you count the "Kyurem eats people" legend)
