If the rest is true, gonna absolutely hate February. Of all the lesser Regis that needed a buff, it was definitely Regice given it gets outclassed by pretty much all the top ice-types (Regirock is already the top rock in many leagues, and Registeel is one of the top dogs in general). Deoxys has been a joke ever since release, not even a guaranteed shiny would make me want to do a raid, except maybe Speed form since I like that one (gen 4 comp nostalgia).
