I like to imagine Pokemon in the real world can use any move that they learn rather than just the four, so she'd have access to a broader skillset, but these four would see the most usage. I always imagine Pokemon can use both of their abilities at the same time, too, like in Mystery Dungeon.
For personality, she'd be shy and a little clingy. We'd go on short adventures together and hanging out.
