B2/W2 are the last core Pokémon games. Everything after is so starkly different (and IMO so much worse) that they're not even the same series.
There isn't a "Gen 2" as you would think of it. G/S/C is to R/B/Y what B2/W2 is to B/W.

A lot of shinies don't look all that great. I do like shiny Charizard, though.
IVs shouldn't exist. At all. They should all just be 31 for every pokémon. Hidden Power and Unown letter should just be based on personality value instead.
