Newsflash - Cogita shows up in BDSP. She's the matriarch of Celestic town and Cynbthia's granny (with the implication being she was the woman in DPPt we also met). Sorry you can't afford vidya, maybe you should be worrying about other things than the NPC cast lists of kid's video games.
