Post-game has nothing to do with the main adventure outside of complimenting it by giving the player more to do if they choose to challenge themselves with it. You’re only giving this cope argument of “post-game detracts form the main adventure” because you can’t accept the fact that the developers stopped putting in effort to give players meaningful post-game content because they believe kids are addicted to their phones, and have no time to play their games anymore.
