Really, they just need to give Unovan Samurott it's own shtick via different buffs/changes. (Make it more utility based with better defenses, either Intimidate or a Special version for the ability, support moves (Stealth Rock, Spikes, Defog, Fake Out, Tailwind), Typing could be changed to Water/Steel)
