Amourshipping as "they must end up together!!!" no, but I liked the dynamic that Serena brought to the series and the crush on Ash had a great role on it. I did not care too much about them ending up together, but the whole situation gave a higher grade of seriousness to the series. I liked how she progressed from "I don't know what to do with my life, let's go find the guy I have a crush on him" to finding what she wanted to do, confronting her mother and then leaving her crush to go achieve her goal. I do think she's the most suitable partner for a romantic interest from all the previous ones, though, but she coming back for them to be together happy ever after probably would hurt the series as it would stall it.
For the record, I also loved Clemont and Bonnie! They were great in the series. These four are my favorite traveling group.
>>46469577>You don't have to watch every episode if you don't like filler, you can always watch important stuff like the battles and the league. If you still don't like it afterwards then it's your opinion and needs to be respected, but it's like you're not giving it a proper chance.I don't really like doing that. I like watching series as a whole as the bare bones of the story I mostly got it from playing the 3DS games.
