I'd give Misdreavus/Mismagius either Shadow Tag (kinda to spite Gengar, lol) or Magic Guard due to their tie-ins to magic/charmcasting.
Perhaps give Cresselia a "Good Dreams" ability that's the opposite from Darkrai's, healing asleep Pokémon.
A simple one: Eelektross having Swift Swim. It's stated they live in the ocean, so they must be good swimmers, right? Also because it could give an offensive virtue to it by dropping its immunity.
