Since the offspring will have the same pokeball as the mother, i'm trying to breed a pentaperfect female to MM with, but there is a problem. Every female that i hatch only has 3-4IVs most of the time missing the attack and sp. attack stat. The males on the other hand, all of them have 5IVs and some of them even had 6IVs! Is the personality value of a 'mon linked to it's IVs thus preventing a female to have 31 in attack with the current parent combination?
