Hell, you have the fucking internet son. Go set up a gofundme. Write stories for money. Do those surveys for quick cash. Draw commissions and such. You literally have every means in the book to start actually trying to get yourself out of the hole you are in. Use them. Stop thinking "I'm going to fucking die, how am I going to do it." and start thinking "How am I going to survive today?" Don't hedge your bets on things such as luck, hedge them on things you know will happen. Peddle on the corner, borrow or steal an instrument and play it for other people to give you money. Or, simply say "Need a service done?" there are plenty of under the table jobs if you simply pipe up and ask.
