Those don't have nearly the representation that Eevee and it's evolutions have in the games or anime & manga, despite not even supposedly being rare like Eevees. They're super common in BW because of the restricted pokedex, but they're unobtainable outside Unova and Kalos.
>A dozen people in the anime out of thousands of people shown doesn't mean they're commonName any other pokemon with this many appearances. Add up all the characters using any of the elemental monkeys, including their evolutions, and compare that to just Eevee alone. They just cannot compete.
