>>41889715I mean, I can definitely see why you would see it as a feminine design and I'm not trying to get anyone to see it as anything in particular, but people who say that it's "definitely a girl" because it has "thighs" and "eyelashes" are just taking ambiguous design elements and imposing their own interpretation on them.
The markings under Cinderace's eyes, for instance, don't quite look like eyelashes because they're on the bottom side of the eyes and don't quite look like stylized eye black because they're too close to the eyes. Fanart that tries to present it as either of the two has to implement a few subtle modifications, like making it so it doesn't follow the outline of the eyes so closely to make it look more like eye black or moving the bit that sticks out a bit further up the eyes to make it look more like eyelashes.
