Flinging a TR gives the move the same power as the TR. TR71 is Leaf Storm, which has a BP of 130, which is the same as flinging an Iron Ball, but holding it doesn't lower your speed.
Recycle lets you use it multiple times, Explosion is powered up by Beast Boost, and Flame Charge raises speed.
