Loli characters aren't that popular with furries (despite themselves being suseptible to molesting young people at hotel parties and conventions, but I digress), but if you look at many of the popular pokemon that're Poke Boxed, they have similar attributes to popular furry setups.
Braxem for example is pretty much a furry wet dream.
Gardevoir represents the pure waifu these degenerates secretly want. Her mega is literally a wife.
Lopunny is literally a characiature of Playboy Bunnies/Gym Bunnies, and her brown fur/skin can appeal to the darker fans.
Fat lovers like Nidoqueen, Purugly (for some awful reason), Goodra (more Vore, but that's an outlier), Miltanks, and other curvy/motherly pokemon. This is probably inspired by latent feelings of incest for their mothers, the only women who've ever loved them.
Gay, for the sake of Lucario and some of the Eevee evolutions.
Finally, there's the bestiality aspect of Pokemon. If there's a Pokemon that resembles other animals, then they're adopted to pre existing desires for similar animals. Such being Arcanine, Charizard, Zoroark, Salazzle, and Rapidash.
One thing to notice is for every degenerate aspect of life, there's a Poke lewd version just for them. There are some Loli pokemon, but unless it fits in to one of the other categories above (Meloetta doesn't really fit in any), then it'll get neglected.
