The only real use I've found for Z-Moves is Draco Meteor and Overheat/Leaf Storm spam.
It gives you a free Draco Meteor that'll even be stronger than the Draco Meteor itself and that also won't drop your special attack and even after that you have your full powered Draco Meteor to drop right afterwards.
