Innate psychic abilities at tune with human emotions, the human like body despite a known Amorphous egg group implying a non-human like orgasn structure, a strong and seemingly otherwise unrelated connection to cosmic powers (black hole creation) and natural body growth that forms something people recognise as clothing are common traits among that kind of thing.
However I suppose tendril isn't super accurate since I don't believe Gardevoir have direct control over their "dresses" through muscles.
