Swap atk and spatk first cuz thats a physical design and it means he has a decent moveset now, then another 10 pts in spe to bring it to 130 another 20 in atk so thats 130 as well. Then 30 pts into hp so thats 100 and the remaining 10 points into def as well as 5 pts from spdef into def so they're both now 80. If ypu wanna go mad then technician as hidden ability so you can use shit like bullet seed and rock slide more effectively.
