OLM is having production issues because COVID shot a giant hole in their otherwise consistent work cycle. Most of their in house animators worked together at their HQ and several of them suffered from COVID, leading to a lot of their more consistent animators from late Sun and Moon going on hiatus or not being able to return to work at all. Comparing the staff lists of early JN before and after the COVID hiatus is actually fucking devastating, they took a huge hit in terms of loss of staff.
More episodes in PM have been outsourced than either SM or XY and majority of the freelancers XY was known for are all gone. You literally have no fucking clue what you are talking about, so stop posting about it.
