>>54005127I had a surge protector but the hard drive still died since I was using the computer at the time. Fortunately it was the only thing I lost that day and I managed to recover most of the data, just a few older images. Some were early Sylveon pics from 2013, some before Sylveon or even Glaceon/Leafeon were a thing, most would probably require some extensive digging to find again, might even be lost forever since many old image host sites like photobucket and tinypics are dead.
My biggest regret isn't much as losing those images but not saving the ones that I liked, just not enough to save.
