Hitmonchan, Kadabra, Mr Mime, Gardevoir, Medicham, Gallade, Bisharp etc. are all shit designs, but they barely pass as Pokemon because they look like a mix of animal and human.
These new Mega Man Pokemon look like robot humans. Therefore they are not Pokemon, no matter how much Game Freak, TPC or Nintendo tell you otherwise.
