Milotic is 6.2m in length and seemingly around 0.4m in width at the middle (wider than the rest of its body). Just a tiny bit shorter and wider than a Burmese Python; the largest thing consumed by one being a cow at an average 1m in height discounting legs, around triple the python's width. Assuming a Milotic could thus stretch it's belly to at least 1.5m, an ellipse of 4/3 * π * 6.2 * 1.2 * 1.2 should give a rough approximation of Milotic's stomach capacity, which comes to ~37.4m^3. That's about ~9880 gallons, or 565 average humans
