It works like a secret agile style move while giving you crit boosts and lowering your opponents defenses. Lilligant's victory dance is also good but you have to waste a turn to use it. By the time you do it'll probably faint due to having paper thin defenses or die the turn after from losing so much hp and you can attack straight up but lillagant doesn't hit as hard as h-decidueye besides CC ofc. This is coming from a person who loves both of them
