BW2 is probably the most fun Nuzlocke in the whole series, I highly recommend. Platinum is up there as well.
I would also look up PokeMMO if I were you, along with the multiplayer stuff it offers a pretty fun singleplayer experience, in which the AI actually switches out and makes strategic plays. N floored me in the first battle with him. And I believe they added Sinnoh lately, so you can start there and play through just as you would the real Platinum.
