If you want to be a decent poketuber you should do something unique. Cover things that take more effort than listing your favourite Pokemon.
>>33563108 has a good suggestion with the 3D models. You could extract them and load them up in some nicer software and analyse them. Poly and vertex count, animations. Talk about the way they use that low poly version for shadows. Differences in design over different gens. You could further investigate bugs in games much like the Youtuber "Crystal_" does.
You could emulate the older games and use emulator hacks to experience the game in a new way. Corruptions, out of bounds exploration, hacks.
You could make profiles on individual Pokemon and talk about every aspect of them using your own research and not just taking from bulbapedia. Habitat, lore, strengths and weaknesses, how they act in the anime, etc.
Do a series on how to draw Pokemon where you do orthographic turnarounds of them using their 3D models and provide resources for people who want to draw them. Include speed painting segments.
I'd suggest competitive battles but those have been done to death. Do something that takes effort and you will find yourself with a decent audience.
