Please don't kill yourself over a video game franchise, anon.
If Pokémon was the last thing you enjoyed and are now deeply troubled over SwSh and you're already chronically depressed... Please, first seek help, then try out other monster collection games, or other games in general.
And if games don't do it for you anymore, try a new hobby. You'll almost certainly enjoy playing games again once you get better.
