>RaichuGive it Taunt and Aura Sphere. Trying not to be too bias since it's my favorite overall but if I wanted to go all out I'd give +5 in spd, sp.def, and +10 in sp.atk.
Those would be "small" changes I'd give to some of my favorites in the lower tiers/lower end of usage.
