Morty finally defeated after building up to a full team! The fight itself was about as frantic as I would've expected it to be, but was altogether much cleaner as well. Mimi Miami led the charge, her Surf doing lots of damage, but was ultimately halted as she was burdened by a pesky Curse. Granola managed to land a few Mud-Slaps on Morty's Gengar which gave the team a little bit of safety, but had to be switched out as he was finally struck by a Hypnosis. Mimi comes out again but is also hit by Hypnosis. I decide to risk getting hit by a Dream Eater since I know she's plenty bulky, actually managing to dodge the first, but the second does enough to where a crit would take her out, so I send out D'Lease. D'Lease is somehow also hit with a Hypnosis right away, which leaves me with few options. Babybel has nothing to hit Ghost types with and Grape Drank fears a super effective Shadow Ball, so all I really have is Sassafrass. He comes in, dodges Hypnosis enough times to 2shot the Gengar with Dig, even managing to take the following Haunter out with only one Dig. A nice showing for the newly formed team!

>Just thinking about the Pokemon options I will be locked out of stresses me out a bit. I know I should save Persian for RBY but I don't want to switch her out. Nice victory against Whitney btw!Thank you! and yeah, I'm beginning to feel the weight of the choices I make when building my teams, especially since this will be my first time incorporating the Orre games into the rotation, I'm reluctant to use pretty much anything that I could save for those games since I know I'll likely be needing all the help I can get
