When I started the experiment it was exactly they way it is now and it just devolved back to this.
I now believe there must be a separate tracker that keeps track of the amount of reports and the one person who is getting paid eventually got called out for it and some moderation actually started happening. To help make it more likely the issues get seen I made my reports in the dead of night when moderation on the board was at its lowest. So when janny and mod alike woke up the next day they would have a pile to sift through.
And when I started doing that I really started to see results.
Oh and despite me posting Spinda I am not the same guy. Just a fellow Spinda fan out here and it makes me smile seeing others.
