Decrease its power, lower the chance for burn to 20%, buff Chilling Water's damage to 80, or hell actually fucking commit to how statuses worked in Legends Arceus. It's so crazy how they do the worst of both worlds approach and then say "oops, we're bringing it back!" so the whole problem is left untouched. Scald needed a nerf, and they botched it then said "nvm lol"
