I'm spoofing on a android that doesnt have the update that killed spoofing and considering rubberbanding is a thing on it, i never had a issue with it. HOWEVER today I set the GPS at a gym 1.2km away from my house ( to nuke it and take it for my team) and something happened. While battling the notification I was moving to fast kept popping up yet I was never dropped from the battle.
I paid it no mind but when I got out I noticed 1.2k got registered onto my egg and buddy. I ignored it and kept battling. Every session of battling and training, the same thing happened over and over and by the end of making the gym level 10 I accumulated over 25 candies for my buddy and hatched all my eggs.
Thinking the gym was doing it, I let my phone sit idle and left it to see what was happening. Much to my surprise the rubberbanding was actually causing the distance between my true spot and fake GPS to register as walking. Knowing this may cause a red light I thought to turn off the Fake GPS but I got greedy.
Currently my phone is still idling and still accumulating candies. I've broken 200 candies which means my game has registered about 1200 kms on just today. Should I quit now or is the ban hammer gonna hit me even if I stop?
