This thing is so broken with throat spray.
It basically gets a nasty plot + cosmic power + scarf in to top of his fucking gross 600 bst in one turn.
To make it worse there are people who run sub belly drum salac berry. So you can never tell if this thing is going to sweep with +4 atk or +2 sp.atk.
