Give Zygarde leftovers so those boosts from Coil last longer, and a surprise crit through those defense boosts aren't quite as devastating.
Any reason why Greninja is Modest over Timid? I've also heard of Hasty mixed, given how predictable his special sets tend to be, but can't say much more since I've never used him myself.
Tyranitarite is awful, switch to Assault Vest, which also gives you access to Mega Pinsir, who is awesome.
You're also very physical, so consider switching Tyranitar out entirely since sand isn't helping you much. Try a bulky water since it wouldn't really clash with Greninja, what with Protean. Tentacruel, perhaps?
