>Lumiose City has begun to go through another mass blackout. Volcanion is found in the underground Power Plant that has been flooded for some odd reason. As you go lower and lower, you run into Clemont who is investigating the problem. Once you get to the deepest area, you reach a lava dome and a giant Pokemon stands in your path. Clemont tells you it is the cause of the blackout and it's your job to catch/defeat it.
